Terms and Conditions:
Price quotations include stops as above plus any waiting time mentioned as in above.
Excessive waiting time per hour (15 minutes leeway):
£45.00 for 16-seater
£55.00 for 29-seater
Holding deposits for soilage & damage:
£125 for 16-seater
£150 for 29-seater
Cancellations and refunds:
You have 7 working days to cancel your agreement with us up to the date of the pick-up. Where your booking was made more than 12 days before the date of the pick-up, cancellations may be refunded at the discretion of the management if we receive at least 5 days notice before the date of the pick-up.
To confirm booking:
Before any payments are made, please make sure booking is confirmed by United Minibuses. This will be by email or by phone.

Payments:
Cheque: Deposit of 50% must be paid by cheque payable to "United Minibuses" at least 6 days before date of booking. Remainder in cash on the date of booking at first pick-up point.
Cash: (Into Bank or at office address) Deposit of 50% must be paid a minimum of 3 days before date of booking. Remainder in cash on the date of booking at first pick-up point.
Online: 50% must be paid at least 6 days before date of the booking or full amount may be paid. If only 50% is paid, the remainder must be paid at least 2 working days before the date of the booking. A surcharge of 3% applies to online credit card payments (flat charge of £1.00 for debit cards).
